EASTERN RAILWAY AND SE RAILWAY WERE DEFEATED AT CAT, KOLKATA. BOTH UNIONS OF ERMU & SERMU WON THE CASE ON BEHALF OF STAFF. HON'BLE DIVISION BENCH OF CAT/KOLKATA HAD KINDLY ORDERED IN FAVOUR OF STAFF RETAINING THEIR RIGHT OF OPTION ON GETTING SALARY BY CASH
YOU MAY CONTACT THIS BLOG FOR SEEING THE COPY OF THE ORDER. DON'T WORRY, GET SALARY BY CASH FROM YOUR OWN PAY OFFICE. FIGHT OUT SOURCING/PRIVATISATION UNITEDLY. IF TODAY I'M ATTACKED TOMORROW YOU ARE THE TARGET! WORK HARD, FIGHT HARD !

It is an achievement on part of cash&pay office staff.in some Rlys a/cs officers are motivating staff to opt for Bank payments.but what about divisions like WAT,CKP,RNC,BSP where RPF staff refused to escort.In WAT Divn, Naxals attacked the cashiers party on 25.12.2005 at Kuneru Rly Stn and 4 RPF ecorts were assasinated on the spot and 7.5lacs cash was taken away.SR DSC RPF WAT in writing informed SR DFM that he would not arrange escorts for cashiers which was approved by GM BBS.In KUR Divn, RPF are escorting with a stick.how far it is safe to the cashier and Govt,cash.Both the unions were silent on this issue as they were questioned by IG cum CSC whether RPF staff are human beings or not.we cannot stop the staff who are going to far away places where banks are giving loans without deptt, signature.i feel we should concentrate on next course of action about our future.
